am montag eine anwendung zum einsatz gebracht, bei der wir am donnerstag endgültig auf den testbetrieb zurücksteigen mussten. ganzwöchig: fehler in den programmen gesucht. teilweise gefunden. alles recht unangenehm, aber emotional verkraftbar.

am mittwoch noch viel länger über unseren frauenförderplan verhandelt. fehler in unserer argumentation gesucht. wenige gefunden. unerwartet gut(!!) gelaufen - hochstimmung.
am donnerstag mit einem kollegen überraschend ein gespräch geführt, in dessen verlauf er mehr oder weniger aussprach, dass er mich "unabsichtlich" ausgenützt, hintergangen und ausgebootet hat. fehler in meiner naivität gesucht. ziemlich wütend.
am freitag vor einem ausschuss referiert, dessen mitglieder teilweise ein sehr ambivalentes verhältnis zu mir haben (besser kann ich das nicht ausdrücken ...) - wenn ich selber mit einem vortrag zufrieden bin, dann war er gut;-)
